Please note that these dates are based on the information supplied by the carrier. We recommend that you order early to beat the Christmas rush & guard against possible issues such as adverse weather conditions.

We deliver everywhere in the UK via standard Royal Mail 1st Class and CityLink courier dependant on weight and / or UK Courier option.

Unfortunately the following destinations will cost more than the standard charge if the order weighs more than 1.5kg, this will be automatically calculated at the checkout screen:

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland.

We offer a World Wide postal service, and cover most countries with competitive courier prices. If your country does not appear in our list, please email us at sales@woodstockfires.co.uk for a quote.

The estimated delivery dates are based on the average delivery times experienced by the majority of our customers. However as we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail Service and would ask that, after receiving your notice of dispatch by email you wait; 10 working days for UK orders, 14 working days for Western Europe and 20 working days for the Rest of The World, before contacting us.

Returns

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us via email within 10 days at sales@woodstockfires.co.uk, we will refund all return postage costs via the original payment method if the item is faulty or damaged. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please notify us within 7 days and return the goods within 28 days at your own risk, these return postage costs are non-refundable.
